Ticket Creation

easySIEM has an incident management feature where you can generate tickets against incidents/events. The multiple users can collaborate on the particular ticket via comment section. The incident ticket can have state - open, closed, blocked, rejected, assigned, responded, etc. You can also assign severity to the ticket i.e; notice, info, emerg, alert, debug, critical, error, warning, etc. The responder/personnel can write a detailed description using WYSIWYG editor (with file and image upload options.).
